On 28th January, the Overlegcomité/Conseil de Concertation introduced a new colour barometer, by which the Covid pandemic in Belgium is measured and the necessary measures are taken. We are currently in code red: our ED9 explains the rules here in EN. The legal texts of the KB/AR can be read here.
