On 18 September, the Chaplain-President, in his capacity as Bishop Robert's adviser for EU affairs, was pleased to meet Heather Roy, Secretary General of the prominent NGO Eurodiaconia (Eurodiaconia ) in her offices next to the European Commission in Brussels, to discuss Eurodiaconia's advocacy and practical action for diaconal service across Europe.
